ADULTS FITNESS CLASSES
Our adult fitness programme includes a wide variety of classes to suit every goal and ability.

JUNIOR FITNESS CLASSES
Our Junior fitness programme offers age-appropriate training to keep kids active, confident, and strong. For ages 5–7 years, we provide Functional Fitness, Boxing, and Kickboxing.
For children 8 years and older, we offer Junior Boxing, Junior Functional Fitness, Junior Movement Training, and Junior Kickboxing. Each class is designed to develop coordination, strength, and discipline in a fun and supportive environment, led by experienced instructors who ensure safety and engagement at every step.
